Fabulous experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was met by a welcoming smile and a “how can I help you”. I was directed to the service departed, here one of the service advisors was on the phone, but acknowledged me instantly and asked a co-worker to assist me. The employee was extremely pleasant and very efficient. He also arranged for me to get a ride back to work by another employee who was very up beat. I was pleased when I picked up my vehicle that the seats were not dirty, so I only assume that a cover is placed on them which to me is so important. Also to my surprise washer fluid was added, which I desperately needed.
The over all experience was outstanding.

A big congratulations to Redwater Dodge’s customer Brent on his new 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The Trailhawk didn’t sit on the lot long, before Brent drove away happy. After inquring online about the Cherokee Trailhawk, sales representative Wes was communicating details via e-mail and phone.
