The following day, they visited other dealerships in the area, and ended up back at Redwater Dodge. My husband and I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in March and the experience we had with the dealership was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were met. We ran into a few issues with the check engine light and took it into the nearest dealership in Edmonton both times for evaluation/repair, where we struggled to get a courtesy vehicle. I sent an fyi to Redwater expressing my frustration and they again went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Since we were hesitant to drive out to Redwater, they offered to pick up our Jeep in Edmonton and leave us with a courtesy vehicle while they perform the evaluation themselves. This level of customer service is by far the best we have ever experienced and will definitely be referring Redwater Dodge to all of our friends and family!
Dealing with Redwater Dodge couldn’t be easier. I called the service department and told them I was having a problem with my power steering pump hose and desperately needed my vehicle the next day. I wouldn’t be at their location until after they were closed so they said “no problem” we have a night deposit for your keys and we’ll take a look at it asap in the morning. First thing in the a.m. Monica called and informed me that it was all under warranty. Yaaa! And that it would be done well in advance of my 4:00pm deadline. It certainly was. By 10:30am Monica called me back and told me it was ready. She also offered up additional information on my warranty that I was not aware of as my vehicle was purchased elsewhere. Very happy with the service RW Dodge and Monica provided! Thanks for the quick turnaround and making my life a little easier. 🙂
