I am posting a review to let everyone know about the excellent customer service I received from Kelly Kay in the Parts Department at Redwater Dodge.
I contacted Ms. Kay to see if she could provide a quote over the phone for my vehicle, and she was more than happy to assist me. I requested that the quote be done for the front and rear brake pads, along with the rotors, in addition to the expected amount of time that it would take to get the work done. I was surprised to learn from Ms. Kay that even though my vehicle was not a Dodge or Chrysler product, Redwater Dodge was able to perform all necessary repairs, in a timely manner, and for much lower cost than if I would be getting the repairs performed elsewhere. Ms. Kay was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful and understanding to my situation.
I intend on bringing my vehicle in to Redwater Dodge to have the repairs done in the very future and want to take the time to thank Ms. Kay for all the assistance she provided to me, as it was very much appreciated.
I would highly recommend Redwater Dodge to anyone looking to have vehicle repairs done, as their level of service is exceptional. Thanks for such great service!
